What is a Mastermind Group?
Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success. Participants challenge each other to set powerful goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.

How does it work?
- We meet once a month for a diner in a private dining room in the City of London
- Groups will have no more than 6 members, plus me as a facilitator
- We set goals for our professional and personal lives
- We share challenges and successes
- We hold each other accountable for the goals we set
- With permission, we provide constructive feedback and support
- Everything said in the room will be treated in strict confidence
- No competitors are allowed in the room

Hans Schumann is an Executive Career & Life Coach with over 22 years experience working as a lawyer in private practice and financial services. He works with executives, lawyers and bankers who feel passionate about their professional and personal growth and want to maximise their success in career and life. We will meet and dine at the private membership club “Club Eight” near Moorgate Station.
