How Does Executive Coaching Work?
If you hire me as your executive coach in London or via video call, we will start by agreeing deliverables of success. I will ask you what needs to be different by the end of our coaching journey so that later you will look back at working with me as a fantastic investment. From there we can create a bespoke growth plan tailored to your unique goals and challenges. We’ll begin by assessing where you are, where you want to be, and what gaps in skills or experience need to be bridged. Through a series of focused coaching sessions, you’ll then learn new skills and develop strategies to enhance your leadership effectiveness and accelerate your progress.
My job as an executive coach is not to tell you what to do. You are the expert when it comes to your business or profession. Instead, I will provide a creative, judgment-free space where you can discover answers yourself. There will be times when we focus on practical steps, and times where when we will dive into your mindset and emotional intelligence to optimise the “operating system” on which you run. I offer a wealth of tools and models to support the process, such as 360-degree reviews, psychometric testing, Enneagram for Leaders and many others.
