Pricing answered.
Do I need to commit to a package before we start?
No. Before you commit to anything I offer a free discovery call on which we can discuss your requirements and how we could work together. I also offer an optional £90 trial session. This would be a 60-minute session where we do some actual coaching. This would give you a genuine experience of how I work — with no risk. We agree the right package together after that, before you invest anything further.
Can coaching be claimed as a business expense?
Many of my self-employed clients do. It could also be claimed as an expense for a business you're planning to set up. Please check with your accountant about your specific circumstances. I can issue invoices in whatever format is most useful.
Will my employer pay for my coaching?
It depends on your employer. It's worth checking whether your company has a professional development budget or is happy to fund your coaching outside of one. The best time to ask is during your appraisals and career development conversations with your line manager.
Can we create a bespoke programme?
Absolutely. The packages above are starting points, not fixed rules. If none quite fits your goals, we can design something together. Email me directly or bring it up on your discovery call.
What is the Enneagram Personality Report?
The Enneagram is one of the most powerful growth tools I have come across. My clients often tell me that it alone made their investment in coaching worthwhile. It starts with an online assessment that reveals your core motivations, strengths and development areas with a depth most personality tools cannot match. From there, the system suggests the most relevant growth opportunities for your specific personality type. I am certified as an Enneagram practitioner by IEQ9 and CP Enneagram.
