We often talk about “time management”, but we cannot really manage time. 24 hours is all we get. We cannot create more time or preserve it in any way.
All we can do is decide how we want to fill our precious 24 hours.
In my latest video blog, I use an empty glass, a few stones and a pile of seeds to demonstrate how to plan your days most effectively so that you get the most out of them.
The key is to tackle the most important tasks first, the ones that will have the biggest impact on your life, career, relationship – whatever is most important to you.
Don’t get sidetracked by doing the easy tasks and the “quick wins” first.
