This week I have had the honour to be guest speaker at the LGBT Professionals Meetup in London. I shared with the group how we can find out what we value most in life, even more than finding that soulmate or all that sex or money so many keep chasing for most of their lives.
If we know what we value most, we have a blueprint for our life that will guide us in designing an inspired and fulfilled life.

Hans Schumann is an Executive Career & Life Coach in London, with a background in law and financial services. A serious health crisis with an autoimmune disease, which was triggered by a burnout, made him housebound for almost two years and prompted him to re-evaluate his life.
