If there was only one life coaching tool that I could recommend to my clients, it would be maintaining a gratitude journal. The simple act of writing down a few things we are grateful for each day, has a powerful effect. It immediately lifts our mood as we cannot maintain the thought of gratitude at the same time as a negative thought. We become aware of the gifts in life that we already enjoy. By practising this way of thinking, it becomes our natural outlook on life. Try it – just for three days and see what happens!
Find it hard to be grateful in life? A life coach like me can help you figure out what that’s about and what to do about it. Book a free Discover Call here if you would like to find out more.
